WHO WE ARE

 

The SR162 Community Group was formed in 2018 by concerned citizens of the Orting Valley.  We currently have over 500 Group members with an 7-member Steering Committee.  We host a Facebook page, a website and a SWAY page.

 

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

 

Our goal is to educate, influence and partner with government agencies to find solutions to shortcomings in the transportation network of East Pierce County.
